Join herbalist Madalyn Berg of The Community Medicine Cabinet for a hands-on demonstration of how to make fire cider. Participants bring their own pint jar and leave with a delicious, medicinal tonic and the knowledge of how to make it again for friends and family.|
Fire Cider is an old folk remedy for seasonal wellness. It's made with a combination of herbs, honey, and vinegar, making a tasty tonic that many rely upon through the seasons but that is particularly useful in the winter season. Warming, spicy and pungent, it is a great support for fending off colds and flu and supporting digestion. Come make this remedy and learn about its story.
Class is limited to 20 participants.
